Overview

3D Printing, also known as Additive Manufacturing, involves fabricating three- dimensional solid objects from digital designs. This manufacturing technique builds up the object layer by layer using additive processes until the desired shape is achieved.

This conference focuses on school students, young adults from polytechnics and ITI, and school teachers. Through this conference, we aim to provide in- depth exposure to the diverse applications of 3D printing technology and to create an entrepreneurial mindset among participants.

The primary objectives of the conference are:

a) Enhancing Teaching Methodologies:

We aim to enhance traditional teaching by incorporating 3D printing technology. This will give teachers new tools for hands-on learning, making lessons more engaging and effective.

b) Cultivating Manufacturing Skills and Enhancing Livelihoods:

Through engaging speaker sessions, demonstrations, and interactive exhibits, participants will gain insights into essential manufacturing skills. This will help them develop new careers in manufacturing, boosting their job prospects and livelihoods.

c) Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset:

The conference seeks to inspire and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit among participants, encouraging them to create new products and pursue new venture opportunities by using the 3D printing technology.
